The symposium will promote collaboration in biotechnology research and development as well as in industrial activities. It will open a window on particular activities in the field of life sciences and identify synergies. As a platform for personal, scientific, technical and commercial contacts, the highly interactive event should foster new collaborations. Long-term close collaboration between Czech and Swiss biotechnologies will find also opportunity for fruitful continuation. The program is divided into four thematic sessions:

• Biotechnology for Sustainable Growth
• Novel Approaches in Bioprocessing

During the event, institutions and companies will have the opportunity to exhibit and promote their latest technologies and achievements. Workshops strengthening the industry and academia relationships will be organized.
